After a conversation or a personal meeting, we will provide you with detailed information material (pictures, floor plans, location, videos, purchase price, etc.) of all the available properties that meet your requirements.

Virtual property viewing
If you wish, we can arrange a virtual viewing appointment with a local representative of the selected properties, where you can get to know the property and the developer in detail. During the video presentation, you will be shown the area, local amenities nearby and the views from the property. In the case of a project under construction, you will be able to see the current state of construction.
Before the virtual visit, it is useful to consider the following:

What kind of view do you want (sea, mountains, city, golf course, etc.)?

Are you looking for a property close to the coast, city centre or at a high point (hill or mountain) with a panoramic view?

Looking for a garden, terrace or penthouse apartment?

Do you want to be close to the pool or further away from it?

Searching for a furnished or unfurnished property?

Would you like to visit the location? If yes, when?
After the virtual visit, you will receive the floor plan of the selected apartment and the quality specifications of the development, the payment schedule, the terms of the reservation and the contract.
If you are interested in buying, we can arrange an appointment for you to visit the property you like the most to see the area. During the visit you will be able to learn about the local features and the economic and touristic environment, so you can make a well thought-out and informed decision.
Before you visit in person, it is worth considering the following:

Is it possible to reserve a property immediately if you find the right one?

Would you like to apply for a tax number and open a bank account in person or by proxy?

If you wish to handle matters through a proxy, would you sign the power of authority in Spain/Turkey or Hungary?

Would you like to meet a lawyer or legal representative?

Would you like to meet a property manager for future lettings?
After the on-site visit, if you decide to buy, you will receive the necessary booking documents, which we will also help you to interpret and complete.

Legal representation, tax number
and bank account services
To buy property in Spain and Turkey as a Hungarian citizen, you must apply for a local tax number. This can be done in person or by proxy.
Useful information for buying property in Spain or Turkey:

You can only pay by bank transfer in Spain.

In Turkey, you can both transfer money and buy in cash.

Proof of source of capital is required before purchasing in Spain.

In Turkey, Natural Disaster Insurance is compulsory for newly built properties.

In both Spain and Turkey, pricing and purchasing are based on the euro.

In Spain, the purchase contract is in Spanish (sometimes Spanish-English), in Turkey in Turkish-Hungarian.
